Our theme for the next few weeks is a color one -- making cards featuring the colors of pink and gray.
For my card, I decided to gussy up a few 'lil monsters, making a monstrously cute card Valentine fit for a little patient at Nationwide Children's.
Since CIE cards need to be flat enough to mail in a standard envelope without additional postage, I only used one layer of pop-up squares... despite the tempatation to pop up the middle monster a little bit more.
Hope you'll stop by CIE, check out the rest of our DT's cards, and then come back to link up a card of your own. Until then, thanks for stopping and happy scrappin'!
Finally, on a personal note, this is my last challenge as a CIE DTer... at least for a while. While I'm sorry to be leaving, I'm grateful for the camaraderie and support of the CIE gals. Thanks, Sandy, for a wonderful couple of years. Don't be surprised if you don't see a few of my cards in upcoming challenge galleries. :)
So sorry to see you leaving Cards in Envy! :-( Take care and visit us once in a while! Hugs!
