Cards for Little Hearts: Heart-Themed Card Drive

Hi, everyone! Happy 2018!!!

I'm here today to share a card that I made for the Cards for Little Hearts heart-themed card drive.

>> Click here for info about this specific drive. >>

Christina Hor is the organizer of three separate card drives for the pediatric heart patients at Nationwide Children's -- including a heart-themed card drive running from January 1 thru February 1. Since Christina's hubby is a pediatric cardiologist at the hospital, these little patients are near and dear to Christina's heart. And, since I'm an alum of the hospital, it's become pretty special to me.

For this drive, Christina is requesting heart-themed cards -- not Valentines, just heart-themed -- with encouraging messages. Here's one of two guys that will be heading to little heart patients in need of big hugs.

Martha Stewart dp; Stampin' Up! black; Neenah Solar white
My Favorite Things adorable elephant images; SU oval stitched die
images stamped in MFT black hybrid ink and colored with Prismacolor pencils
inking in Distress Oxide broken china and Distress peeled paint
stash sentiment, heat embossed with SU white powder
adhesives: Scotch ATG; Zig 2-way glue pen

Again, the card drive runs through February 1. Info can be found here!!! Hope you'll be able to make a card or two or three for this wonderful cause.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Happy scrappin'!
