W2CB #61: Hope

Hi, everyone! It's the second Wednesday of the month, which means it's time for a new Words 2 Craft By Challenge.

Our words for this first challenge of 2019 come to us from Emily Dickinson.

Hope is the thing with feathers that perches in the soul -
and sings the tunes without the words -
and never stops at all.

This quote inspired me to make an encouragement card -- featuring a couple of feathered friends -- for a little one at Nationwide Children's. Yep, the card below will be going to SAS4Kids shipper Anne!

stash ??? dp -- gifted from a friend; Recollections and SU cardstock
SU basket builder images, stamped in Versamark black onyx
MFT speech bubble, grassy fields, and stitched rectangle dies
Lawn Fawn plane and simple sentiment, embossed with white powder

Hope you'll stop by W2CB to check out all our gals' creations... and then stop back by to link up a card/project of your very own. To start the year off right, there's $20 up for grabs to our winner's online store of her/his choice.   :)

Until next time, thanks for stopping and happy scrappin'!

  2. Your card is so gorgeous Sybrina. The sentiment matches our theme quote perfectly. The dp is so pretty, and the little chatting chicks co-ordinate with it perfectly too!

Thank you for all the work you do to keep our challenge blog up and running...much appreciated.

    Hugs,
    Jennifer. xx
