Today's card is inspired by three challenges: Anything Goes 4 Kids Challenge over at SAS4Kids, Darnell's NBUS Challenge #7, and Learn Something New over at Shopping Our Stash.
I'm also going to share this at the Anything Goes and Work it Wednesday August Challenges at Simon Says Stamp. (This month the Work It Wednesday Challenge is to use a stamp -- in honor of Stamptember!)
For my card, I finally inked up a stamp set from CTMH and visited Sandy Allnock's site to learn about spinner wheel cards. It took a couple of trys but, by George, I think I've got it. Thanks, Sandy!
Here's a close-up of one of our four little critters.
And, here's a look at the card base and spinner element. Again, a huge thanks to Sandy for posting such a great tutorial! :)
Parting Thoughts
I'm hoping to get to another card using a few more of these creatures tomorrow. I have an idea based on this week's SketchSaturday Challenge. We'll see how that goes. Card or no card, I hope to be posting for Thankful Thursday.
Speaking of challenges, time is running out to play along at Cards in Envy and Send a Smile 4 Kids. There's a week left over at Words 2 Craft By. Hope to see you at CIE, SZS4Kids, and/or W2CB!
Have a nice evening! Thanks for stopping and happy scrappin'!
