SAS4Kids: Anything Goes 4 Kids

Hi, everyone! It's another Send a Smile 4 Kids Saturday! But, first...

... A Blog Hop Update   :)

A humongous thanks from all of us at SAS4Kids to everyone who joined in our blog hop celebration. Whether you hopped along and left comments, linked up a card to our 175th Challenge Gallery, and/or made some cards for one of our children's hospitals, we can't thank you enough for your support of SAS4Kids.

The winner of the prize being offered here (a package of  Doodle Paper Playground Sparkle Blends) is Paula Kysilka!!! Congratulations, Paula, and thanks so much for your support of SAS4Kids!

Moreover, congratulations to all our prize winners! A complete list of winners can be found here. If your name is listed as a winner, you must contact Karen at khasheck@gmail.com BEFORE August 18th at midnight CST with your NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND MAILING ADDRESS. If you do not contact Karen before August 18th at midnight CST, your prize will be forfeited.

SAS4Kids Challenge #176

And now we start the next 175. The theme for the next few weeks is Anything Goes. That's right, any kid-centric card will work: boy or girl; special occasion or everyday greeting; tot, kiddie, tween, or teen.  I received a request from a friend with a special connection to Nationwide Children's for some teen birthday cards. So, a few of the following were included in a package to her.

MFT dp; Stampin' Up! colored and Staples white cardstock
SU marquee messages stamps, in MFT hybrid black licorice
adhesives: Scotch ATG; Zig 2-way glue pen; Recollections foam squares
The image was stamped on orange, green, and yellow paper. Then some fussy cutting and paper piecing were used to create cards like the one shown above. A strip of colorful dp tied the colors together.

Stop by SAS4Kids to check out the variety of DT cards. Then, stop back by to link up a kid-inspired card of your very own.

As always, thanks so much for all your support of the young patients in the children's hospitals that SAS4Kids serves.
