W2CB #72: Giving to Receive

Hi, everyone! It's the second Wednesday of the month... which means it's time for a new Words 2 Craft By Challenge. This month's words come to us from St. Francis of Assisi.

It is in giving that we receive.

Although the holiday season is in full swing, these words inspired me to make a non-holiday-themed birthday card for my sister-in-law who celebrates a December birthday.  :)

This month's challenge is more than just a little bittersweet because it is our last W2CB Challenge... at least for now. Because of that, we're changing up our prizes a little bit this time around. We hope you'll stop by to check out the details, and then stop back by to link up a card/project of your very own.

See you in the W2CB Gallery! In the meantime, thanks for stopping and happy scrappin'!!!

  1. I love your card, Sybrina, and I'm sure your sisiter-in-law will too. I also have a December birthday. The 'sprinkles' on the cupcake's icing look fabulous mirroring the Swiss Dots oval panel...very clever.

Thank you for being such a wonderful teamie at W2CB. You have been so supportive since you and Bobbi invited me to join you two whole years ago, and I have enjoyed every minute of the journey.

    Big Hugs,
    Jennifer. xx

  4. Such a beautiful card Sybrina! I love that stamped background. I still can't believe this will be our last post. It's truly been a pleasure participating as a design team member these past two years. Thank you so very much for believing in my work and inviting me to the team! Merry Christmas and a very happy New Year to you my friend!
