CIE Birthday Party

Hi, everyone! It's the first Monday of the month, which means it's time for a new Cards in Envy challenge!

    Hi Sybrina! As I said over on FB, I love your card! What a great idea for making the "frosting" and I love text on each candle. It goes so well with that BoBunny DP; that's one of my favorite collections, too! I really enjoyed your video; I'm delighted to be on the CIE design team now with you!
