Our inspirational words for the next few weeks come to us from the Hundred Acre Wood.
Piglet noticed that even though he had a Very Small
Heart,
it could hold a rather large amount of Gratitude. ~~ A. A. Milne
For my card project, I made a thank-you bookmark for a friend.
I was trying for shabby chic look since this is one of my friend's favorite styles. What do you think? Shabby chic'ish?
My bookmark was inspired by bookmark shown at right, which I found on Pinterest. I loved the look of the button, scallop, and ribbon.
This month, there are two ways to win.
- The challenge winner will receive $10 to Simon Says Stamp and a Guest I-Teamer invitation.
- In addition, a follower will be randomly chosen to receive $10 to SSS.
I'd say SSS gift certificates are something to be thankful for.... and good reasons to play along with us at Words 2 Craft By. Hope to see you over at W2CB!!!
Parting Thoughts
Think I'll link this up to the current Gobble 'Til You Wobble Challenge over at Shopping Our Stash.
See you tomorrow at Thankful Thursday. Until then, thanks for stopping and happy scrappin'. :)

ReplyDeleteHi Sybrina! What a terrific gift idea...your bookmark is beautifully done with wonderful colors. I just bought a hardback book to get back to basics. I miss touching pages ~ the Kindle is just not the same. I may have to make myself one!!
