Sparkles Christmas Silver or Gold

Hi, everyone! It's the first of a new month... which means it's time for a new Sparkles Christmas Challenge!

This month's challenge, which was chosen by our very own Babs, is to use silver or gold on your card/project.

My card was inspired by a card made by the uber talented Shari Carroll.

Strathmore watercolor; Stampin' Up! vellum; SU blackberry bliss and Provo Craft heritage post cardstock
SU festival of trees images and good greetings sentiment, heat embossed with Versamark and Recollections gold powder
gold-embossed embellishments: SU owl builder, cupcake builder, and cookie builder punches; ??? star corner rounder
Really Reasonable Ribbon gold thread
watercolor paper spattered with dusty concord and evergreen bough Distress Inks
adhesives: Scotch ATG; Zig 2-way pen; foam backing for banner elements

Notice those tiny gold circular embellishments? They were created by heat embossing vellum... and they were created to conceal a few dabs of glue.  :)

Hope you'll join us this month at Sparkles Christmas. We can't wait to see your golden and silvery holiday creations.   :)
