thanks so much

Hi, everyone! Happy Wednesday!

Thankful Thursday Wednesday

Today, I'm thankful for the lovely woman who helped me put together some great mix and match pieces at a local consignment store yesterday.

I received an invitation to my first island luncheon and wanted to wear something a little fancier than jeans or beach gear. I was thrilled to come away with an adorable pair of Chicos pants, a linen blend Chicos jacket, a pretty lace-like white blouse, and a cute black knit top. Lots of mix-and-match possibilities.

And, today's luncheon was just lovely.  :)

Today's Card: thanks so much

I'm hoping to make quite a few thank you cards throughout the year... with the goal of sending them out to some special volunteers in November. Today's card, which was inspired by the current Mojo Monday sketch, is one of a set of six that I've been working on this week.  :)

Pebbles woodland forest dp; Stampin' Up! early espresso cardstock
Paper Smooches botanicals 2 image and graceful beauties sentiment, in SU tip top taupe
SU stitched die; stash twine; circles: SU cupcake punch
Even though this isn't a St. Paddy's card, it does feature a green background. So, I'm going to share it at the Shopping Our Stash Luck O' the Irish and Simon Says Bit O' Green Challenges.

And, since this features Paper Smooches products, I'm also going to share it at its Color of the Month and Guest Designer Search Challenges.

Parting Thoughts

A quick reminder that our March/April Words 2 Craft By Challenge is going on. Annie's hosting this month... and is offering up a nice prze for our challenge winner. Hope to see you over at W2CB!

Have a nice evening! As always, thanks for stopping and happy scrappin'!

  1. Beautiful mix of papers in this lovely card! Thanks so much for joining us at Mojo Monday!

  2. Thanks for joining in the luck of the Irish challenge at shopping our stash. What a perfect take in that sketch and your card is fabulous.
