SAS4Kids: Christmas in July 4 Kids

Hi, everyone! It's the third Saturday of the month... which means it's time for a new Send a Smile 4 Kids challenge.

Our theme for this challenge is Christmas in July 4 Kids! Time to break out all those fun kiddie holiday images.  :)

Thanks to the generosity of Little Blue Buttons Stamps and Die-Versions, we are awarding gift certificates to two lucky participants.

Little Blue Button: Christmas Elements digi stamp
digi images colored with Prismacolor pencils and embellished with white Uniball pen and Wink of Stella
Doodle Pantry polar pals dp; Stampin' Up! gray, Simon Says Stamp aqua and stash mauve cardstock
original computer-generated sentiment
Lawn Fawn winter sparrows (tree branch) in Versamark black onyx
Lawn Fawn mini snowflake dies; Paper Smooches quotables die
adhesives: Scotch ATG; foam backing; Zig 2-way glue pen

For my card, I used an adorable Christmas owl from Little Blue Button. Since this was a digi image, it was easy peasy to flip this little guy... and create a pair of owlets.  :)

Naturally, parents and staff members would love for all our kids to get a holiday card or two or three. And, our little patients appreciate the chance to send a card or two to their loved ones. The more cards we can get, the better.

I try to send secular cards to Nationwide Children's. However, if you prefer to make religious card, Janet ships to a hospital that specifically requests religious cards.

Either way, we appreciate all of the wonderful holiday cards we get for our kids. And, we can't wait to see what you come up with for this challenge.  :)
