You Add Color to My Life

Hi, everyone!

Hope the weekend's going well. It's been a rainy one around here. Perfect weather to work on a card while watching the Open Championship.  :)


Neenah Soler white; Stampin' Up! black
TCW stencil; inked in StazOn jet black and various Distress Oxides
Distress Oxides (fired brick, fossilized amber, broken china, iced spruce), applied with Ranger blending tool
Distress Sprayer droplets; Wink of Stella, MFT Shimmer Spray, and generic black pen accents
adehsives: Scotch ATG; foam backing
This card was inspired by the current Shopping Our Stash You Light Up My Life Challenge. The original idea was to create a rainbow of lights, and this card took quite a few turns before achieving this final look. LOL

The light colors were achieved by blending fired brick, fossilized amber, and broken china Oxides. The background is a blend of fired brick over broken china, and iced spruce.
