I'm here tonight with a card for the current SAS4Kids challenge to make a spring or Easter card. At least, I hope this qualifies for the challenge since my sentiment does not explicitly mention spring or Easter. All I know is that here in Ohio, blooming flowers mean spring. ANd, boy do we need some blooming flowers soon.

I used a Penny Black Labour of Love stamp that shows three scenes. I just couldn't find a way to use all three scenes in an A2 card without including an image on the inside. However, we try to keep SAS4Kids cards blank on the inside -- to allow plenty of room to write a personal message to the card recipient. So, I chose to omit the middle scene... and I think this works okay.

ReplyDeleteAdorable card, and I see someone else likes Penny Black's hedgehogs! This makes for a sweet spring card and will certainly brighten a child's day if you decide to donate it.
