Back with a quick re-do of the card at the right.
I decided to switch out the gray background paper with white... and the card has a much spring-ier look. Moreover, the pink in the tulips are much stronger, which means the embellishments complement rather than dominate the stamped image.
Details for the original card can be found here.
Just like the original card, I'll be sharing this over at the Clear & Sheer Day 4 Gallery, the current Sketch Saturday challenge, and at Simon Says Stamp Anything Goes.
And, thanks to Dawn over at Eureka Stamps, I'm going to share my card over at that current mom/feminine challenge.
Time to call it a night. See you later this morning. :)
Sweet card, Sybrina! Love the tulips, of course, but your gingham bow is such a lovely touch! Thanks for sharing this with us at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge!
ReplyDeleteA very pretty & feminine card! This would be prefect for the challenge at Eureka Stamps this week where the theme is Feminine Card (for mom).
ReplyDeleteWould love to see you over there!
