I'm here with a card for the new Jingle Belles We Three Kings Challenge. Fear not if your stash lacks kings. Turns out cards featuring three of something will fit the bill.
I die cut the candle scene out of the vanilla paper and then embossed the paper. Next, I die cut the candle scene from the gold foil and two of the Kaiser papers. Before paper piecing the candle scene, I covered the Distress Ink core paper with double-sided tape before adhering the die-cut, embossed vanilla paper. This gave me with a sticky base and die-cut outline in which to inlay the gold, coral, and green pieces that make up the candle scene. Guess this is the poor gal's solution to that special sticky matting paper. :)
In addition to Jingle Belles, I'm going to share this at the following challenges:

Big thanks to everyone whose already played along at Words 2 Craft By! It's always such fun to see all the different takes on our monthly words. You still have until Wednesday to play along with our Keep On Swimming Challenge.
I'm going to try to make a card tomorrow for the new SAS4Kids Challenge. I know for sure I'm posting cards for new Sparkles Christmas and Cards in Envy Challenges on Monday. After that, I'm not sure how much I will post this next week. My brother's family is in town, and I'm looking forward to lots of family time.
Have a great rest of the weekend! Thanks for stopping and happy scrappin'!
