Sparkles Christmas Fairies and Angels

Hi, everyone! Welcome to the September Sparkles Christmas Challenge. This month's theme of Christmas Fairies and Angels was chosen by Brenda.


To be honest, as much as I loved the theme, my stash contained no fairies nor angels. And, I was really at a loss as to what to make... until I came across this fabulous embossing folder at Tuesday Morning!

Scrappy Cat sentiment
all embossing with Versamark ink and SU copper embossing powder
Lawn Fawn mini snowflake dies; SU owl builder punch (for tiny circles)
adhesives: Scotch ATG; Zig 2-way glue pen

It doesn't really show up well in the picture, but I waved the front panel through some Shimmer mist spray for a light, shimmery look. (Doesn't Jennifer McGuire come up with the best ideas!) And, I embossed the edges of the middle layer with the same copper powder as I used for the sentiment.

It's been such fun joining Caz and the Sparkles Christmas DT these last few months. My sincerest thanks to them for the invitation to play along.  :)
